I think the problem is that the provider sends the calling and the called number not in the right format.
Both (Calling and Called Number) have to be in Canonical Form.
Please take look into the manuals in Section 6.3.3.8.3 (in oxe11.2_sd_IP_PCXNetworks_8AL91007USAF_2_en.pdf).
If the Provider cannot change the numberformat you have to change it with something in the middle (keyword -> SBC).

When number comes without Canonical Form the OXE interpret it internally as TON "unknown" and (i think so) anwsers with an TON "unknown" number in the REFER message.

Dear tgn,

You are absolutely correct, but this issue is coming only in case of calls coming to the attendant group, whereas any on normal DID extensions this issue is not occurring and the canonical form is same for both calls, you can see the working and not working traces.
