If 10.6.40.25 - CPU node 4 address
If 10.6.40.212 - CPU 16 node address - management looks Ok.

Can you ping/telnet from node 4 CPU to node 16 CPU?
Link still in down state (or suproutage - menu 2, item 1 - IP/X24).

Do you use security (ssh instead of telnet)?
Lock 19 (Corporate Network), 80 (ABC VPN) - opened on node 16?

The problem is,link hybrid acces number must same node X and node Y

for the status link node 16 up and the other side node 4 also up.

The problem is, when i call from node 16 to node 4, no respon so do when call from node4 to node 16 same..

In your management - some problem - on node 16 local VPN prefix 42990, on node 4 distant VPN prefix 42991.
So (if rest management ok) - when you try to call from node 4 to node 16 - node 16 will answer "my VPN prefix 42990" - but node 4 not know this prefix.

Just one question, is there any other node in the network. From what i can see from the trace, it seems that call is being routed to node 10

First of all, there is a very good command to check your management "lookvpn". I would recommend to check it.
