OXO v6 - can't get S0 adapter to work with Polycom

Hi all,

Installed a new OXO a little while ago running r6 to replace a 4200 and I can't get the s0 adapters to work with a Polycom video conf unit. The channels come up on the main screen, but when trying to dial anywhere I get 'cable or hardware error' or just 'unable to complete call'.

Any ideas? I can't find anywere in OMC where you can set things like country and protocol type on the S0's like you can on the BRA cards on a 4400 Enterprise for example.

OK so I got it dialling by messing about with MSN numbers etc but when it connects I get a blank screen and it drops eventually with a 'protocol error'. Looking at the call info I'm getting hundreds of errors and it keeps loosing sync.

Any ideas?

Oh and actually it's running ALZIE510/018.004 not 6.

- have you deleted the mailbox ?
- have you checked the ISDN number ?
- which services are selected ?

Perhaps you can upgrade to a newer version (510_023.004) when nothing helps.
