I am new to this board, registered to ask this question
I am the Local IT Coordinator for the company I work for. We have about 400 employees that I am responsible for, and among them our lovely two receptionist ladies. They are using an hybrid keyboard variant as per the header of this post.
The last couple of months I have been overseeing our migration from a Windows 7 enviroment to the shiny new Windows 10 for all our users, receptionists included.
I am having a lot of problems installing the driver for this keyboard. The driver installation itself seem to go fine, I have not seen any error messages appear. That is until the installation finishes, asks me to reboot. When rebooted, there is a device in device manager that has failed and is not working. I suspect this is the telephonic part of the keyboard, as the normal keyboard functionality is fine.
Having googled around for this issue, I have seen posts mentioning that the drivers supplied with the keyboard most likely were faulty, the problem is that after having scoured both Google and other search engines, I cannot find anywhere on the internet where any other drivers can be downloaded.
Please note that all install attempts are done on freshly formatted/reimaged computers. I was also tipped that installing the 32 bit drivers should work better than the 64 bit ones, but I can not see any difference in their behaviour.
Can anyone please help provide a link where I can find working drivers for this Keyboard, and also if any special steps are needed to install the drivers, instructions on how to.
Thank you.
Jens
IT Coordinator
