do i need to enable OSPF on my IP interfaces like earlier indicated.?

I dont think so.

PIM use routing table to forward traffic.

So you have a routing table, but it is only local route.

I will try to have a lab for this

You shouldn't need to use OSPF, because you are just multicast-routing between two subnets directly connected on the same switch. Check the output of 'show ip pim group-map' to make sure you have a rendezvous point. If the switch is listed as an RP, then the next step is to go to debugging. Enter

swlog clear
debug drclog output swlog
debug drclog pim all 95

Try to start a multicast session, then look through the switch log with 'show log swlog'. Look for entries that have 'DRC' in the application column, and post the messages back here.
