Can you transfer internal calls? For example: from analog set to 4018, then make a second call to another analog set, then Transfer. Is it work or not?

hi etc,
can not transfer external or internal calls, to another extension either to "analog set" or "4018"
what confuses me most is that the operator has a "4028" can transfer external or internal calls seamlessly.

Have you download software to 4018? Check: OMC/ Data Saving & Swapping/ Terminals Downloading/ Download immediately.

I retract, my operator (4028) will not parked transferred in the display. She does as follows:
Have you installed "Keys" - "Module" and there set up multiple internal numbers to transfer just select the desired person hangs up, and the call is transferred.

You don't need to park the call! After answering the first call on 4018, simply dial digits on 4018 to make a second call, and after that - press "Transfer" or make a hangup. But if you in USA, the method of Transfer is different.

You can't transfer a parked call (you have to unpark it) that's your issue. You have to follow etc procedure or if you are using MF transparency you have to put the first call in manual hold, then call the extension and press transfer or hang up (only if you have transfer by on-hook checked in feature design).

I apologize for my ignorance .. elsewhere is that I have installed a Oxe and do nothing else with transfer press "transfer" and asks you the number you want to transfer and thought it works the same way with the OXO.
thank you very much for all the support they gave me!
Problem solved!
