I'm having the same problem with the 4760,
nmcVersion=4760.5.1.06.03
Current License id
Version = 11

OS version
OS Name: Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Server 2003, Standard Edition
OS Version: 5.2.3790 Service Pack 2 Build 3790

Unable to connect to server port nummber 636
I also used port nummber 389 this also does not work.

Hi, I had this same issue after to upgrade OV4760 5.1 to 5.2. But I can solved this issue after to delete all log files from c:\4760\log forlder (for delete I needed to stop the "NMC service manager"). Then I reboot the PC and the issue was solved.

In the NMCsvc_mgr_1.log I had the next line events:
