thanks . we found the solution to our problem .we diverted all the extensions we had a problem with , to the main console and discovered the fault extensions.the problem was wiring. thank you all for the help.

Guys
I know that this log is old , but it seams that I have the same problem, In my case I don´t think that the problem is cabling .
This happens occasionally and always with different extensions . Is there any way that we can see on the OXE the wakeup logs ?
