if r_noemipt_r2_109.023 was released to fix the battery issue then thats the one we would have installed now. If not it would be the one to fix the battery issue, I asked our guy today he seemed to think that there have been no new releases since. Not sure how true this is though.

Recieved a patch from Alcatel after months but installed it and the same problem occured except now its Assert Memory C Ln 559 in the middle of a conversation it cuts out.

Do you think a new type of Handset may fix the issue? I've heard that there are some new ones that have been released.
