Usually not necessary to create lanpbx file. At first - you have
"0000001D-0000085D: ConfigIP : Query Default Router 192.168. 1.100
using ICMP ECHO REQUEST .....................
0000001E-000018D9: ConfigIP : Ethernet check success..........
0000001F-000020B4: ConfigIP : No response from Default Router [fsk status=0x01]"
Connect (instead of INTIP) PC with address 192.168. 1.254 and try to ping CPU.

Next one - show "netadmin -m", menu 2 (global view) (do you have the same netmask on CPU, role IP addressing, security activated).

And last (at this moment) - if you change CPU address - you need restart (for tftp services working).

Here is your error
0000002B-00005389: SEARCH FOR CPU : cpu 192.168.1.100 deny INTIP board (tftp server return error = 11)

Send the result of the commands:
twin
more /etc/hosts
ifconfig -a
more /usr4/mao/lanpbx.cfg

If lanpbx does not exist, this is your issue. Type the first command I told you before !
