busy tone for external calls

Manage overflow on busy=true (if you want IMMEDIATE overflow to VM).

just made files with configurations of user. Please take a look on it.

Was trying to find timer to cut down time when external caller hear ring back tone but don't know which one

If 701 - VM number, incoming call from DID TG and you want immediate overflow to VM when user busy:
Access COS - Incoming DID hold on busy set=0 (forbide waiting call), DID overflow on total busy=1 (allow overflow when user busy).
And may be - User/ dynamic state user - Overfl.busy to assoc.set=true.

doesn't solve the problem, still have 3 ring back tones and then VM guide on external call

also after that external call to number without VM hear number not exist tone
