The same happens to me.
My version is 10.0.0.9, and randomly connect to the PBX is lost. The display shows the message Connection Lost.
How are 70 positions, I can not trace the asset at the plant. But after the case, the PC has to be restartado to normalize.
In the trace, the communication is terminated and not resumed.
Version 9.1.30 is the central release.
The CT IPDesktop this version, says the problem has been fixed, but apparently not ...
