Today the operator added a "0" to the calling number programmed into the alarm system and voilà...it's dialing out

That's what I can see in the tax files and the "1279" incident doesn't occur anymore. Will keep you up to date, if that's the final solution...

Everthing's fine now and it was indeed the missing zero. Now at least I got a little bit familiar with our 4400, although it wasn't really necessary. So thanks for your efforts.
