Hi all

I am trying to install this application again. I have had stopping my tests because this one it wasn't working, and it remains.
IPhone is 4.
I am connecting in the same LAN, there's no WAN yet.
I am able to start the application. The icon that is above and left shows me i in green. So the application is connected.
Then, I go to call routing --> configuring your routing number --> preset numbers: mobility number I type the mobile number, for example, 9999999. I save this option and try to enable, nothing happens. This is the problem. What can I be missing :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:
I tried to follow TC1553 but not luck.
Once i tick "To voice mail", the iphone "works" but after a few seconds the tick cames back to "none". Incredible!
I have this problem when I tick the number I have set.

Its kind of strange....work in the past as well with release 1.0.6. But after upgrade with 1.0.7, some events happened.
As per routing number, when a '+' country code is input, and a selection is made, the apps automatically create a new entry
without the '+' country code but added new digits '90'. Not sure why. But without the country code input, the selection is accepted
and able to make an internal call with oxo extension. But when dial an external public number, the system simply refuse or sometimes
dial to a wrong public destination. Somehow, the metering output for the MyIC Mobile oxo extension showed the outdial to external
public number is correct!

When re-select the routing number, sometimes it creates another set of entry iwth a '+33' inserted. Helpdesk claim they cannot reproduce
the problem and suggest to re-install the apps or fallback to 1.0.6. It still happens intermittently after re-installing. Is 1.0.6 still available?

Good afternoon, I have one question even in this topic... I would like to ask You for an advice with My IC for iPhone ... After a long while I made working it on my iPhone but not fully ... The i icon in the left corner is not green colour but it is orange... do You have any advice what could be wrong ? Any advice is appreciated. Thank You in advance. Petr

Yes i had the same issue, upgrade your OXO to the latest 8.1 version as the orange indicates a compatibility issue.

i tried the upgrade to the latest 8.1 sw but the icon on my iphone is still green !!

Hi,

I'm confused about this topic, yesterday a different user wrote the last post or was shown as user.

Today I'll give the same advice.
You first have to activate the routing to your mobile device where MyIC Mobile is installed. Then you can make or receive calls.

Hi! now it's work, i assign my number phone for the mobility, BUT! when i make a call (to another extension or external numbers), the other phone rings but when the person hang on, the call automatically ends. And for incoming calls (external numbers or internal numbers), my phone shoot an error that says "Petición de Telefonía Fallida" (my ic phone is in spanish) and obviously doesn't rings! Please help me!

Hi Elias!

You have to give your My IC Mobile User in OXO the right to transfer/connect incoming and outgoing calls under Features. Also the Virtual nomadic Users in the subscribier List.
