just check the file parameters.txt under C:\Alcatel\OmniPCXTSA\dyn\otuc@3595\cfg (/opt/... for linux)
you can find a parameter login where the hostname of your otuc-server is listed. if there is only the hostname, then after update you will login against this host and your client may not resolve dns-name, try to use the fqdn
here is an example, instead of names you can use the ip-address

check on the OTUC/webAdmin if you can see the login of the User (via GUI) in the Authentification/menu.
