If you have OXE SW - you have PC Installer.
f.e. if you have SW j1410 - you can find PC Installer in next folder - /dhs3mgr/j1410/pcmao/boot_res/pcinstall

Hello !
I Try this, but when the system reboots, it says:
CLIENT MAC ADDR
DHCP../
And nothing more ...then
PXE-53 : No boot filename received
Operating Sytem not found
This test with Interface Bridge but uf I Try witch Interface Nat, when the system reboots, it says :
PC Installer find MAC ADDR and IP Adress but it says:
PXE-11 : ARP TIMOUT
I don't see where is my fault, please help me !

Check firewall as your vm can't get IP address from your PC

i get the below error all the time
PXE-E51 :NO DHCP OR PROXYDHCP OFFERS WERE RECIEVED
PXE-M0F:EDITING INTEL PXE ROM
OPERATING SYSTEM NOT FOUND
I am using windows 8 professional 64 bit
C:\dhs3mgr and have all 3 folder in it
using named piped and pc installer installed from the same folder above.
i dont have any networked as its a standalone PC...i even tried a loopback by connecting lan cable.
please suggest what else should i check. what settings needed in firewall ???

So you do not have a problem loading vmware, but rather sending a DHCP offer. You answer yourself. (I would suggest to disable local firewall when you load)
