I am asking about OXE version/patch. Maybe was OXE upgraded.
How often restarts TSAPI link? Is it possible to keep just TSAPI link with stopped recorded software and to compare situation who impact on link quality, TSAPI itself or recorder SW.

Erm, no, trust me, that would have been one of the first things I'd look up to.
How often? Now none...was like 4 to 5 times per day for what I could see.
Will take in consideration your suggestion on keeping TSAPI running without clients.
