Hi all,
I just recieved the faulty GD card and perform some tests.
At the first boot, I get this unknown menu. This seems to come from the RAM regarding to the following log :

I tried to reboot the card twice --> same problem.
I replace the RAM by an other one, the card booted correctly.
Then, I put back the faulty RAM and it worked correcly.
I also tried to put the faulty RAM in a working GD and it worked correctly.
Very strange issue... :shock:

Use OXE installer to flash firmware?

thanks for you answers.
But it seems to be a hardware issue.
Now, this card is not able to boot. Even with a well working RAM.

Error abnormal Board configuration is written there. Are u sure that the DIL Switch is set correct?

I just check the DIL switch. Only the 2 is on (which is normal, right?). These switches have not been modified.

I have reviewed the log again and there is a line with memory error at soldered flash. So I guess to exchange the RAM will not help of course. I think you are right. Its a Hardware issue.

The thing that is strange is that we have experienced this issue at the same time (I mean with few days apart) on 3 OXE of our network.
These PBX was running for around 4 years without issues... :?

HD live time? Hardware maintenance? More likely than a probability...

GD has no hdd or what does HD means?
