Maybe you should open an eSR with ALU. Are you using the latest release?

Hello Joao. I wish you have a merry Chritsmas.

I already download and installed the 061 version.
I verify all the downloaded iso files with two different MD5 checker just to be sure that the downloaded files are fine. All iso files pass the MD5 verification twice.

I installed the new version but I got some issue, during the instalation procedure It does´n ask me for thevm OXE or vmOmnivista cd´s so the virtual machines are not installed.

Any sugestion?

Regards.

Follow the Installation Guide PDF file that is available on the same place that the ISO files.

It says how to install the VMs after OT installation.

Hi
In this installation feedback, there are lot of stories.
I suggest to identify each attempt and each issues

Install1: otbe 1.3.52
Pb1:8770 vm : ip is not updated
Root cause post install only prepare the ip modification in Windows vm
You need to run postinstall.vbs (it is in temp folder of windows)
This .vbs is needed when you install otbe from scratch

This vbs is not needed when recieving the server from factory
Because factory enter the Windows licence and by entering one time in windows they also open the possibility of ot postinstall wizzard to change the Windows ip of 8770vm

Install 2 ???
Pb2:no DVD /Iso request for 8770vm nor OXEvm
It seems you select otms installation
Restart again redhat os installation and specify the otbe(formerly called bics install mode)

Hello again, Joao; Corwin.

I already did what Corwin suggest and effectively it works as described, the vm8770 get the configurations parameters right and now it have it IP configuration right.

But, still I got the same trouble that originates this post, the 8770 client did not connect to the server, I still got the error unable to connect to the server.

Any suggestion I will appreciated

Regards
