Only to put a rock on this post, the IAA is working now.
What was the problem? I really don't know, but I have made the total configuration again and now is working. I have notice that on the "tool iaa" menu, the info about iaa access was in blank, so I realize that may be some database inconsistence.
Thanks haroun and freedom

Help again please. Now, I am activating this feature on customer but it's happening like below:
- The first incomming call starts hear the menu message
- The second incomming call starts hear the messagem at the point of the first call is hearing, seems the message is being played one time only and who is incoming will hear half message.
How can I solve this, I made a research on documents and I don't seen nothing about simultaneous calls or something like channels available on IAA.

On your voice guide setup do you have voice guide start set to true?? if not it will just continuously loop and doesn't matter when the caller comes in that is what they will hear

when I configure voice guide following error is appeared:
OBJECT -1: VG Item: Voice Guide Index must be on e-MGA or e-MGD board
and when I configure AA leaf from, mgr -> Applications -> Automated Attendant -> Go Down -> Automated Attendant Leaf following error appears:
OBJECT -1: Leaf No.: Lock 20 (Auto Attendant) Protection Error
Please I need clear steps for Auto Attendant configuration

About 1 - VG work (tone test prefix)? I think your VG not properly configured
About 2 - you have no licences (spadmin command, menu 2, lock 20)
