Hello cavagnero :D and OXE_4400. This really cool being part of a worldwide forum. :D
No worries 882 - good luck with the hotline set up.

Oh, one more bit of advice - don't be fooled by Cavagnaro. If I said 'wolf in sheeps clothes' - you'll know what I mean

Be careful - you must assign another phone facility category to this user.
If not, the management will concern all users in this phone facility category.

Short way:
mgr - Specific Telephone Services - Descend hierarchy - Routing Table
Create a Routing No. x and enter the Call Number.

mgr - Users
Choose your User
Go to Phone Features COS Parameter and select an unused category
Go to Routing Table Parameter and enter the above created Table x

mgr - Classes of Service - Phone Features COS
Choose your unused Phone Features COS managed in the user
Set all parameters as in the previous used Phone Features COS except the Routing Mode At Off-hook Flag -> it must be set to Direct Routing

quite simple actually. Got to (1)Specific Telephone services/Routing Table. Here create a routing table with the no. to be dialed. (2) In Phone Feature/Facilty Cat create a Cat and in this select the Routing mode at Off Hook as desired. (3)Then go to the particular extension that this is to be enabled. Edit and in Routing table enter the routing table no created under (1).
Thats it

Thank you ALL for you assistance.

I am very grateful :D :D

And now: ... it is on to new hardware. New OXE arrives Monday. :o (Our first real IP connected device. I have only two 4068 and 6 x 4035 with IP enablers, and the rest is 4035) You are allowed to laugh at this.

Cheers to all around the world. May your telephones ring and you be happy. :D
