Also you have to assign your trunk groups to this carrier under trunk group connection and you have to assign your PBX under the region that you have created for local calls

I don't understand why you say that there is no direction specified under period, i see there is direction. File name is KFUPM.dir and it's a 6k file with direction.Am i wrong? Please check again.

I have mentioned trunk group 9,10,11,12,76,77,78,79 under trunk group connection, PBX ( 4 NODES) also defined under the local region KFUPM. Don't understand why you say ALL THESE THINGS ARE not CONFIGURED! Hope i am not disturbing you a lot.

Ok If you have all that done, try to run a cost recalculation

Right click on carrier , compute cost

Thans every one helped me here, my cost calculation is working. Is it possible in 4400 or 4760 to deactivate/stop one extension to make charge/toll calls automatically when cross tracking/thresold limit? I mean any mechanism like temporised call or count error number,limit for cost?
