first i have to replace the 4635 with an opentouch voicemail. maybe this "feature" is gone then. if not i'll open an eSR.

wheres your commitment tgn?
first spend days on the issue working with e-sr (keep giving them answers to questions you put in the original request)
once you work out answer let us all know for the future good then you may downgrade to opentouch voicemail and see what happens :lol:
