Run traced and sipdump command in different telnet session

from the sipdump command you can select the option 1

dump the gateway management data

There you can see the number of available licenses, No of initial licenses while making call

You think that you have licences or you really have enough licences (spadmin command, menu 2)?

There is an OXE release bug where it didn't free the licenses after a rare condition... Maybe try a patch if you are sure you have enough licenses for your SIP traffic

Dear all,

I have rebooted the server itself but the license was not updated .

The license was released only after killing sip motor and running Dhs3_init -R SIPMOTOR command and is working fine now.
