i also want to install and learn OXE, kindly provide me the installer (required software) for vmware 12 or Esxi.

Above link is 19 years old....
We cannot provide VM with OXE. You'll need to get the software yourself from a Business Partner (or ALE directly if you contact the DSPP from their web page).
