so it is a dhcp issue.
i think it should be resolved in a newer firmware for the 80x8s phones.
you can also check with a wireshark capture on a mirrorport (phone).

Well well...
Do you think I can downgrade to 4.52 ?

no, i do not think so. 4.52 is only for the older ones.
anyhow... somebody (your Alcatel-Lucent Businesspartner) have to check the possibilities, since the firmeware in the phones are coming with the main software release in the oxe. maybe or not... i think you have to install a newer patch or an upgrade in oxe callserver.

Thank you !
I should be angry against this partner, because he sold us the phones, knowing our OXE version !

don’t be angry... they’re just technicans and trust what alcatel say...
just one more question?
are the phones seperated from the callserver (different subnet?)?
can you send the configuration of the dhcp scope, please?
regards...

Everything is in the same subnet.
Here is the reste of dhcpd.conf :
# DHCP configuration file
# Must not be modified by hand
# Global data
not authoritative;
option vendor-encapsulated-options "alcatel.a4400.0" ;
always-reply-rfc1048 true;
# Subnet 192.168.92.0/24.
subnet 192.168.92.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {
option broadcast-address 192.168.92.255;
next-server 192.168.92.250;
range 192.168.92.100 192.168.92.199;
}
The rest is on the previous post page.
Thx again
