for an easier solution use the attandant group and put an attendant divert key on a phone in the group. make sure the number is set as a speed dial. the attendant div key will only go to an edn, hg or speed dial.
your idea for using the att grp cause's a bit of a issue though, most systems would be programmed using the att group for the main in commin calls, and the oxo only supports 1 att grp
