normaly you need to open a ticket at ALE. But you will find the file in the attachment....

Hello Silvio
I want to upgrade the OS6465-P6 firmware . but I have no firmware for it. and I can`t download the firmware on business portal because i have no account for it. So, I will try to upgrade by copying files from another switches to USB drive . is it possible ? Could you please tell me how the steps to copy file ( nos.img etc,,) to USB drive ?.
