Some times the encoding of the files are not correct .Gain of the wav file-khz-format....
Even if you hear the message in AAS the pbx is not able to play the file.
I would try to make a dynamic voice guide and try to load it in the system to check if the files are OK .

Initial problem was with nanagement.
Users use language 1 and 2 (System parameters)
But for GPA2 were used Staic VG with index 11, 10, 9.

Right managrment:
- System - for user language 1 and 2 used language 1 and 2
- System/Static VG index - for index 1 and 2 - declared specific msk files
- GPA2 board - for Index 1 and 2 declared index 1 and 2.

We got a new GPA2 card and the voice guides were able to playback. It seems the card had got damaged from the battery leakages.
So the voice guides are able to playback in English and Chinese.

However, now the Meet Me conference isn't working and checking the configurations in Shelf > Descend Hierachy > Board > Descend Hierachy > GPA DSP program.
I am not able to retrieve or even manage or create the GPA Dsp program and the modular conference details. On the previous board I could actually manage those properties.

On the old failed Card, we could see the GPA DSP configurations as shown below:
VG+Conf.+3Detections+Tone

And in modular conference
Conference size: 1x30
mapping: meet me

And we have meet me license.

However, with the new card inserted when you try to check the GPA DSP program…
You get error response: Invalid Object instance

And when you also try to check the Modular conference….
You get error response: Invalid Object instance

Did we miss something in setting up the new GPA2 board? There are more screenshots in the document

Sorry all, I was missing board address of the GPA2. However also confirmed that the system actually does not have meet me conference license, license lock 81 is 0 for meet me.
