Tom,

Try to change the feature in the main COS of the called/caller party..
Under "SUFFIXES" or something like that, you should have a feature for the message deposit.. I am not sure it says "deposit", but it's something about messages..

No dice. I changed Message Deposit to 0 and Voice Mail Deposit under PCX services to 0. I also changed Voice Mail Message Deposit to 0 under suffixes. Callers are still prompted to dial 8 to leave a VM message instead of getting a busy signal. :(

Why is it so hard to give a busy signal, yet still have a VM box so I can activate conversation recording?

I am open to any suggestions, please help this is becoming increasingly frustrating :?

Do not have it. But I need a solution regardless.

Let me ask a more basic question how can I generate a busy signal on a multiline set?

There is a button on the set to disable second incoming call, translated would be "Disable Wait"...
