I haven't come across that before, you might want to try the new version 410/6.1b, that was just released along with system software R4.1.

i think you have to use the PM5 that is compatible with your system. do not use a newer version than you OXO release.

eg:
- OXO R4.x use PM5 R400 xx.xx
- OXO R3.x use PM5 R300 xx.xx

a had an ex client who was given a PM5 R400 while their system is R3.1, and when the system admin tried to restore the configuration (because of a blackout), the OXO won't start up.
