Hey,

probably the user is forwarded to the Attendant (?). If not, can you check the "PhoneFeatureCOS" - "Protected against barge-in" flag for this user?
Try to set it to 0 and try again to transfer the call.

Best regards

But what has barge-in to do with the problem?
And the user is not forwarded - see listfwd output above.

I had same problem with 4059, it was a setting in the public network class of service of the 4059 operator.

There is an option like transfer external - internal, or something like that. It was set at 0 so customer operator could not transfer an external incoming call to an internal user.

I have compare the settings and the categorys, it`s the same.
The only thing i have found was that all phones in this room could not transfer a call by on hook. They must press the transfer key. My Phone transfers calls by on hook. Where is the Category in which i can adjust the transfer by on hook?
Check the phone facilities option...seems a bad phone category used...
ok i have found it.
But this was not the solution. I give it to Nextiraone TAC :(

I think it can`t be a Problem of the public network class because the attendent can transfer calls only to several sets but not to all sets.
