When I look at the IP Ticket viewer, there is BFI on the call. What causes BFI. Moreover, what settings on the Alcatel equipment can lead to BFI. Is there any tools to see a graph of the call like on wireshark?

Hi,

We had the same issue, the solution for us was new handset on the 80 IP-sets delivered from Alcatel.
There was some manufacture-problems with the handsets of the 4038IP.
