Not yet T as I don't have a lab (I know I know) plus the job is not set to commence for a couple of weeks. I will update once I get started

ok telephony not running. the big issue here with changing IP address and moving to AS was that the when I changed the IP it was accepted but then i had to remove the vm dir number from every user and re-apply it in order for the mailbox to be created on the AS...which was fun

Did you not backup your vmail and then restore it on the AS after migration?

tried to but it seemed like it did not like it (original CS 8.0, AS came with 8.01 so maybe this was the reason).
