Statistic Manager Password problem after upgrade from rel2.1

Do you use some kind of automatic language switching software on your PC? I know one on Russian - puntoswitcher. Some time it make trouble to enter passwords.

No, I don t use any soft.
On the other hand:
I have tested Statistics Manager in 2 others OXO with Release 700_023_003. In the first, I can enter through the pass k*******; but in the second, I can not with any key.
I don t know how it works
