hi vad,
no..no..we have a misunderstanding.
of course at onsite pbx, it will be "INSERVICE", in place of the "REG NOT INITIALIZED" it shown because i'm using a vmware to restore the database to see the configuration sir.
i'm sure the compressors is up and running on the user's pabx.
please tell me if you need further information to analyze the issue,
the 3 voice ports often turn to NOK, while other 5 is shown '---'
so the voice mail is completely out of order,
we have to force disable all ports and re-enabled all ports (temporary solution).
i'll attach the incvisu i mentioned if you don't mind,
sorry it's kinda big file (about 3megs).
