If your question is "Why did all the shelves drop out?" then the answer is clearly due to network traffic on the LAN at the time. (Hence the "Ethernet disabled" incidents)
The CS lost connection to the GD's in shelf 1, 2 & 3.
I'll bet that they aren't in a separate VLAN to IP Phones (if any) but more importantly to PC's?

Did the CS reboot after all of these alarms?
