Patch for 5.1.5 & 5.1.6

I installed patch for 5.1.5 & 5.1.6 two weeks ago. It works very well. This patch will do automatic reconnect of 4059 application with USB driver within 9 seconds after 4059 looses USB keyboard driver due to hardware electricity issue. If USB driver is not coming up within 9 seconds, 4059 will show error message.

I found that moving the keyboard to another usb port solved the problem. It seems that the first port was not able to deliver enough power the drive the keyboard correctly.
