There are exist different type of Transfer and enquiry (consultation call): Europe mode and US mode. You can read about this in Expert documentation part 3.29.3.1 Three party calls. As written in documentation: "The operating mode, Europe or US, cannot be configured with MMC-station or OMC. This mode is globally specified for the system when configured in the factory." But this is true only partly. You can change mode of Transfer and Conference by changing the Debug Label: TrfConfUS from 00 (Europe) to 01 (US).
