Hi Elias!

You have to give your My IC Mobile User in OXO the right to transfer/connect incoming and outgoing calls under Features. Also the Virtual nomadic Users in the subscribier List.

So far, so good! These features have to be set for the Virtual nomadic subscribers, too. Also check barring for the subscribers.
