as per 10.jpg the trunk group is not private
diaz are you sure that are codes are not overllaping between carrier ;some times omnivista can not calculate the coste (cost =0 even duration is not equal to zero) when the area code is shared between to carrier under city /country name , i have seen in my side

look same case
i know why because cost is equal to zero becaus same area code for tow different carrier

as ypu remark ars changes the dialled number and same area appears for two carrier
i add the new area with one additional digit 023 1 in the region of real carrier and with cost recalculation
cost is #0 and area name appears

Sorry Zero, what do you ask about the calculation mode?
This is to give idea on your inquiry, calculation mode (modo de cálculo) gives the following option:
- Duration: round down
- Duration: exact
- Duration: round up
- Cost given by the PCX
- Based on unit

in the first two screenshots (that you upload) it doesn't cost the call, but in the second two, they work.. what did you change? I didn't undestand that part..

my calculation mode is "Duration: exact" I also tried with "Duration: round up"

Can you post NMC_CostCalculation.log ? Just the lines regarding the number that the cost =0

I only have "NMC_CostRecalculation_1.log" I didn't find "NMC_CostCalculation.log"
