this problem has been fixed by Alcatel.

It was a technical problem was an IP-Module. Alcatel made an update on this module and now the problem has been fixed. The ASM script is applied on every single call.

What IP module? Was a binary or what exactly?

The IP module in questo was integrated in order to increase the amount of SiP licences. Obviously, the module wasn't configurated properly so that it affected the connection between the telephone system and the external ASM.
