According to me, This is a known issue according to Alcatel , hopefully you have a backup. do you get the same error when telephony is stopped on the cpu ? either way if you type the following xa001001> Eva_tool FORMAT this will reformat the partition so you can then put the backup back on, no need for a new hard drive.
