HI
what i mean : there is same prefix for two carrier 0239 exist as a region under carrier 1 and same for carrier 2 , omnivista witch stronge can't make diffrence as it calculates cost on basis of the region so when it see same area for two carrier cost is null . tomake a diffrence i add a dialed digit under second carrier (as the call is routed under him) , and cost recalculation fix the issue , but this way do not satifie me omnivista should make difference based by the taken route
what i sugget you create the whole prefix 097 plus the digit 2 and 098 plus digit 1 under the traget region and make a cost calculation from account /trafic compute cost marke the 3 last case, and if cost is here.

Hi elias_ruiz_diaz,

Have you considered setting the calling region (for verification)? What's the outcome?

Thanks,
Zero

Hi elias_ruiz_diaz,

Having that said, I anticipated that you had setup all your carriers with the calling region parameter. In any case you may find it helpful; viewtopic.php?f=371&t=20377&p=72664&hil ... ost#p72664

To verify your data, kindly take note the value of carrier as you access Interactive SQL. Try to compare two records (one with cost; one without cost). Please refer on link, viewtopic.php?f=274&t=20042&p=71814&hilit=cost#p71814

Thanks,
Zero

Yes, that's it. I was using my phone and didn't remember the exact filename.

Hi, I did that, and step by step, one and another time. Talking about a the interactive SQL, i don't understand much about what you mean with this, what you say i have to do with the SQL interactive? (i've never used SQL)

Thanks

Hi Elias,

How you have configured the "Carrier Reference" in the OXE on "Numbering Command Table"? try to change to "0" and cost calculation will make the OV4760.

Tell me about your progress!

Good luck!
