check under applications/voice mail the dictory number of your V.M.
and insert only the directory numer under USERs in the field VOICE MAIL DIR. NO. . You can menage the ctegory and the type of the box in the 4635 related box. the deletion of V.M. Box : put "" in the field VOICE MAIL DIR. NO. under USERS. The box can be deleted if contain no messages

You can delete the mailbox of an user, by editing the user extension, and delete the entry you have at VOICE MAIL DIR. NO

In this way, you will disable the mailbox for that user. Then you can create it back, editing the user, and place the pilot number of the voicemail on the field MAIL DIR. NO. again.

Now, if your user doesn´t want to loose all his messages, you can just reset the password, but it's complicated.
You need the special V24 cable provided by Alcatel, conected in the rear panel of the 4635 adapter and to a notebook (serial port). Then do Hyperterminal as :
Com1
9600 8 1 n
Emulation autodetect

You will be prompted for a Menu. The Password 5555 or 9999

You will get a menu with option for reset passwords
Good luck

Note, that cable is useful for connect to the CPU, in case you need access to the console
