I have created an automated attendant(AA) on 4635 ( COS=32 ,Dial by menu + extn.). I programmed the Attendant schedule and attendant destination on this AA mailbox which is an normal extn with mailbox.
When caller press 0 on AA the call gets routed the this attendant destination extn number. On no reply the caller hear AA prompt again rather than going to mailbox of attendant destination extn.
But when created as option 9 programed the menu 9 to go this extn.
Tested when caller press 9 it reach that extn and overflows to the mailbox.
Any solution for the option 0

Probably late but. Let me explain how is my attendant
You should setup under the Attendant menu of the MGR software, the attendant call distribution options.
There , you can specify where the calls will be routed during day hours and during night hours.
In my case, diring night hours, the calls goes to another phone, (that I've setup for this function) and that works as night service with a mailbox.
During day, the calls goes to the Attendant phone (the number and device specified as attendant in the system). In my case the attendant model is a A4035 device, whith options for manunally set the night or day services.
