how can i change the wake up guide in oxe system with the VM

hi

how can i change the wake up guide in oxe hotel system with the 4635J/H.

when the room make a wake up call , the customer will here a guide at the waking up .
now , i want to change the guide .what can i do .thank you

You can not change it. Some years ago one of our customers asked Alcatel to change it. Looks like Alcatel charged this customer to pay for this process.

As much as I know only the time-announcement which you hear first comes from the VoiceMail, the message after that is a normal voice guide. You can check that with the command vgemis.
When you hear the wakeup message start vgemis and it will show you the message number of the voice guide (if one is used).
You can exchange the voiceguide with Alcatel Audio station or you can programm a dynamic voice guide and let the coustomer record it via phone (if the PBX has CPU6 or GPA and the licenses for that feature).

When you have 4635 installed it will only use the 4635 VoiceGuide not the systems voice guide and no, there is no way to change this guide in the 4635.
