Hi,
I would like to configure MS outlook coupling with 4980.
Do I need to run Exchange Plugin on the exchange server?
Do I need to install extensions on the client PC?
Or both?
What should I exactly do on the 4980?
I have MyPhone users only.
OTUC 4 on the RHLE.

Install your 4980, go to Options and activate Outlook Coupling, must say that if you use Office 2003 there is a security issue that prompts you every 10 minutes about giving access to the 4980, a really pain in the ass. Still can't find how to bypass that.

As an alternative you can install Outlook extensions on client PC. On Admin Web you must give access under profiles to Extensions for 4980. This is more smooth and allows you do almost everything that 4980 does.

Exchange plugin is only for MyMessaging.
