Disa: (you can use it only for the analogue trunks
)
step 1: record the disa message with PM5 (Subscriber Misc/Preannouncement Messages) or from a 4035 set (operator session/Expert/voice/MOH)
step2: Choose the right message in the PM5/System Miscellaneus/Feature design/part3 --> Disa Message (there are 4-8 messages, and you must choose wer did you record it)
step3: set up the disa feature in the analog lines (Pm5/External lines/List of Access/Details --> Disa YES
options:
PM5: System Miscellaneus/Memory Read & Write/Debug labels --> ADsaAnsTim: Ring duration timer befor the Disa answer.
Dsa1DigTim: first digit waiting timeout. (after this time the system forward the call to the operator group.)

Steve/Guru's,
I've set up DISA as per your recommendation, the problem now i'm facing is:
--- Message recorded is now played as incoming call landed to the system, when the caller dialed the required extension, it doesn't recognize the dialed extn. how could i set up this scenario?
--- is it possible to record "night message" with this set up using DISA ? (just like AA do?)
Agian many thanks.

thanks steve/cavagnaro/ibuza... its work fine in normal mode
follow up question:
Client want to activate message in restricted mode then leave a message in general mailbox. (i.e. Our office is open from ..... to leave a message press 3)
---is it possible for Night DISA then leave a msg in gen mailbox?
-- any other solution?
thanks a lot...

I prefer to use a virtual terminal instead of the general mailbox (it is easier to manage than the general mailbox).
Step 1: Create a Virtual terminal with the add bottom in the Subsciber list.
Step 2: Make an immediately diversion to the Voice mail in the virtual subscriber details part.
Step 3: make a VoiceMail key for the all digital terminals where you want to manage this mailbox. (keytype: Feature Key, Keyfunction: Voice Mail Unit, Dialing = the internal number of the Virtual subscriber)
Step 4: Set up the mailbox (Password, message)
Step 5: write the Restricted Public Number of virtual subscriber into the External lines / List of Access / Details / Call-Dist. / Rest. Mode.
Step 6: manage the normal/restricted mode with the Time Ranges (or create an N/R key to switch over the system to the restricted mode and back.
If a call arrives in the analogue trunk, the system checks first the Call-Dist. part and forwards the call to the Voice Mail of the Virtual Terminal (in restricted mode). If it’s empty (in normal mode) and the Disa is active, the Disa message answers the call.

Other solution (without Voice Mail feature):
Use a different voice guide in message 2 (if Disa is the message1). Put this message into a hunting group. Write the Restricted Public Number of the hunting group into the External lines / List of Access / Details / Call-Dist. / Rest. Mode.
If a call arrives in this case on the analogue trunk, the system checks first the Call-Dist. part and forwards the call to the hunting group (in restricted mode). The system will play the recorded message and after that release the call (there isn’t any possibility for the callers to leave messages).
