upcoming network systems

hello,

Im new to alcatel oxo systems:

We have upcoming installation of 9 network systems via MPLS, mix environment using IP phone, digital extensions, SIP trunk to be use for networking.



first phase implementation:

Main: OXO Rel 4.x (L) CPU1: 512Kbps (existing data infra)
Branch1: OXO 4.x (M) CPU1 : 256Kbps (existing data infra)

1. Does my COCPU LAN port directly connected to the existing LAN infra for networking main and branch1?
2. What type of IP addr will i require to the client for networking the above, public/private?
3. configured actis given to me doesn't have any LAN cards, does it mean to say that i will connect my the PC behind the IP phone (shared)thru the existing LAN infra? (question number 1)

The LAN port of your OXO should go to your switch as a normal computer. Configure its Gateway, mask, IP. Then your IP Softphones should point to the Ip of our OXO.
